Use the default setting as given

1. Now connect your mobile with PC suit and open IE > Tools> Option> Connection>Setting 
2. Check the Proxy server and put the address as 10.239.221.22 and port as 8080.
3. Apply -> OK

Now open any website, A message will displayed as you have not subscribed any plan.Navigate to HOME link,You will be redirected to Rworld.Now click on subcribe link and select Rs. 5 daily plan and activate it.
U will get a confirmation message.

Now again go to Rworld and click on google and you are free to use any site.

Your account will be deducted with Rs. 5. but Dont worry , before 12 hours if u deactivate this plan from rworld , ur account will be recredited with Rs 5.
